It remains in a soft plastic state providing a dust proof, weatherproof, soft and pliable, and flexible seal in a variety of construction and manufacturing materials.

Purposes:
Cool room wall component sealing
Sea container metal to metal lap joints
Air-conditioning flange joint sealing
Glazing seal
Bedding or internal sealing of construction fitting such as aluminum windows or flashing

Limitations:
Not recommended for concrete, block or brick work joint sealing as the product does not set or skin and the permanent tacky surface will attract air borne contaminates.
Not recommended for medium to high movement joints
Not recommended for joints which are exposed to mechanical or physical abuse
Not recommended for continuous immersion/
